Well, you all know why alkaline foods are so important………….It’s that pH level and balance that matters.  The range of somewhere between 6.5-7.0 is ideal if you are one that measures pH level.  If you don’t, then the punchline is you want to consume as many alkaline foods and as few acidic foods as possible to stay healthy.  If you are in an alkaline state, disease like cancer cannot spread or survive.  This isn’t easy but there are a few short cuts.  For example, I consume a lemon in water every morning to stay in that alkaline state and neutralize some of the acidity.  After all, I’m not giving up some of my acidic foods.


Here is the list of yummy fruits for the most parts, so consume as much of this as you can to keep those levels balanced.

1: Lemons
pH level of 9.0, lemons are considered the most alkalizing food.
2: Watermelon
pH level of 9.0, who doesn’t love watermelon?
3: Agar Agar (Organic Gelatin)
pH of 8.5, Agar Agar is a gelatin substitute made from seaweeds that is high in iron and calcium as well. Take a supplement like I do daily.
4: Cantaloupe, Cayenne
pH of 8.5, super high in enzymes, sprinkle some cayenne on your food or favorite sauce.
5: Limes, Mango, Melons, Papaya, Parsley
pH of 8.5 and is best at cleansing the kidneys.
6: Watercress, Seaweeds, Asparagus
pH level of 8.5, sushi!
7: Kiwi, Fruit juices
pH level of 8.5, and high in vitamin C
8: Grapes, Passion fruit, Pears, Pineapple, Raisins
pH of 8.5, high in antioxidant and vitamins A, B and C
9: Apples, Apricots, Alfalfa sprouts

pH value of 8.0.
10: Avocados, Bananas, Berries, Carrots, Celery, Currants, Dates, Garlic
pH value of 8.0 - super high in antioxidants.
